...not only because I strive to be Martha or Rachael, but because then I could make awesome, perfect, beautiful meringue like at did at the Horton's with Amy's kitchen-aide mixer... This was my best chocolate pie ever!!! My pie always tastes pretty good, but the meringue is always runny and comes away from the sides of the crust. Not this time, and I didn't even have cream of tarter!
